PCH Hotels And Resorts, Inc. is seeking a Back Aisle Attendant to support banquet events by preparing back service areas, supplying equipment, and coordinating with Banquet staff.
You will help ensure smooth event flow, maintain clean service aisles, and assist in setting up and breaking down functions for guests. The role includes transporting items from the kitchen, replenishing supplies, and working closely with Banquet Managers to meet special equipment requirements.
As a member of our hospitality team, the primary role of a Back Aisle Attendant is to prepare the back service area for banquet functions by working closely with Banquet associates, providing them with the necessary equipment and service support, and communicating special equipment requirements to the Banquet Manager. This role will be responsible for organizing the equipment according to the Banquet Event Order and the Banquet Captain's requirements to ensure a smooth flow of service during the event. This role will also maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service aisles, assist in clearing and transporting dirty dishes, and prepare coffee and tea for guests as requested. A crucial part of this role is assisting the Banquet associates in setting up and breaking down events.
