Hampton by Hilton in Nashville is seeking a Banquet Setup Attendant to prepare and maintain meeting spaces for events.
You will set up tables, linens, podiums, and water stations, assist guests, and ensure rooms are clean, organized, and guest-ready. The role requires the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
The Banquet Setup Attendant is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down hotel meeting and event spaces while ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
Set up tables, chairs, linens, podiums, water stations, and other meeting equipment according to event requirements.
Review BEOs and follow room setup instructions accurately.
Break down and reset meeting rooms after events.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms, pre-function areas, and storage areas.
Refresh meeting rooms during breaks and remove trash as needed.
Assist guests and event contacts with reasonable requests.
Safely move and store banquet furniture and equipment.
Report damaged equipment, maintenance concerns, or safety issues to management.
Assist other hotel departments as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Previous hotel or banquet experience preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Dependable, professional, and guest-service focused.
Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly bend, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
