Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 months related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for coworkers and guests.
• Knowledge of and ability to follow safety and security procedures.
• Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to frequently lift, push and pull 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides guests with quality service interactions during stays and events.
• Sets up banquet/event space according to the BEO and tears down after functions.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, polish and wipe areas before, during and after events.
• Maintain banquet areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Ensure banquet rooms are securely locked when not in use and equipment is stored properly.
• Maintain Marriott and Avion standards of food, beverage, and guest service quality.
• Stock assigned areas at end of shifts and assist in keeping banquet and kitchen areas tidy.
• Support leadership with other projects and duties as assigned.
