Idaho State University in Idaho is seeking an Administrative Assistant 2 in Nutrition & Dietetics at either the Pocatello or Meridian campus. This on-campus, half-time (0.5 FTE) position supports the department, faculty, staff, and students and is not eligible for remote work.
The successful candidate will maintain calendars, organize travel and meetings, support course scheduling and student services, and handle confidential information per university policy. A background check will be required.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the department, faculty, staff, and students. This is a half-time (0.5 FTE) position with the option to be based at either the Pocatello or Meridian campus of Idaho State University.
