Responsibilities

Perform cleaning and maintenance in an assigned building including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Clean restrooms, offices, and public rooms and maintain restroom supplies.
Operate powered custodial equipment such as vacuums, stripers, waxers, and buffers.
Assist with grounds maintenance, snow removal, and event setup.
Perform minor maintenance and repair duties as needed.
