MGM Resorts in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Convention Services and Catering Coordinator to provide administrative support to the department. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate BeOs and guest reservations.

The position requires 1+ years of experience, ability to work weekends/holidays, and a high school diploma or GED. Starting rate is $19.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

• 1+ years of relevant experience in a related position
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent service consistent with the property's core service standards and brand
• Input program information into Amadeus/Delphi including notes, events, updates, etc.
• Prepare guest reservations and guest amenities
• Prepare and distribute the Daily Event Sheet from the BEOs to all departments
• Complete and distribute reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
