Job summary

NOVA Event Services at Northern VA Community College is seeking an Event Services Booking Coordinator to manage client relations, venue needs, and coordinating bookings and invoicing across campus spaces. The role will work closely with clients to ensure successful events and accurate documentation.

Eligible for telework after one-year probation; normal schedule is Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm with rare weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage booking and invoicing for the Ernst Center, Schlesinger Center, and other spaces as needed.
• Create and maintain electronic records of event applications, contracts, invoices, payments, and related documents.
• Maintain monthly revenue and internal expense records per event for the department.
• Respond to current and potential rental clients and represent NOVA Event Services.
• Assist with Special Event Projects for select college members as needed.
• Coordinate use of the events calendar, phone, and in-person client contact.
• Note: funding is non-continuous and contingent on fiscal year funds.
