Job summary

NOVA, the Northern Virginia Community College, invites applications for a part-time Course Scheduling and Enrollment Support Specialist in the Manassas area.

The role supports the MEA office with class schedules, enrollment data, and system reporting, working 24–29 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday on site at Prince William - 153.

Applicants should have college-setting customer service experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office and multi-database data entry.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a college setting.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in data entry using multiple databases.

Responsibilities

• Data entry, room usage, scheduling events, enrollment research, and general office duties.
• Assist MEA office with monitoring enrollment and communicating data to stakeholders.
• Assist MEA with Student Information System (SIS) reports and queries.
• Provide day/evening coverage for Manassas Oak Hill office as needed.
• Work in consultation of MEA as it pertains to course scheduling data entry for efficient use of classrooms, following college policy and procedures.
• Review desired enrollment capacity and classroom seating capacities.
• Provide support for faculty and staff at Oak Hill.
• Interact regularly with other campus and college units.
