Qualifications

  • Experience in higher education environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process reservation requests for university space, resources, and equipment.
  • Analyze logistical criteria to resolve conflicting space and resource requests.
  • Educate clients about university policies and requirements.
  • Provide direction to clients for resources for events (catering, multimedia, parking).
  • Monitor exemptions and updates in reservation system as needed with outside vendors.
