Job summary

Legends Global is seeking part-time security staff for events in the United States. Under the supervision of the Security Manager, you will provide excellent customer service, scan tickets, guide patrons, and assist with questions while maintaining professional demeanor.

This role requires 18+ years, a HS diploma or GED, and at least six months of customer service experience. Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays, with pay at $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of six (6) months prior customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain courteous demeanor.
• Scan tickets at entry and verify credentials.
• Direct patrons to seats, restrooms, and other locations.
• Respond to patron questions and escalate issues to Security Supervisor.
• Maintain orderly entry/exit and monitor safety.
• Follow emergency protocols and company rules.
