The Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium is seeking a Security Coordinator to support the Senior Security Manager in coordinating and implementing security operations for the facility. The role requires flexibility, autonomy, and strict adherence to department and company guidelines.

Key duties include coordinating security programs, managing dispatch operations, and maintaining vital systems and records.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating security for large venues or events.
• Ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Flexible and autonomous in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security programs and assist with operational strategy development.
• Oversee security dispatch center operations and contractor collaboration.
• Manage relationships with contracted security firms and maintain records.
• Support daily operational tasks and client liaison for events.
• Develop and execute security plans for events ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Maintain keys, radios, access and fire system upkeep.
• Schedule dock and tarmac guard coverage for the facility.
• Investigate accidents and incidents with detailed reports.
