Job summary

Legends is seeking an Assistant Security Manager to support security operations at Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl Theater. You will lead live-event security, supervise staff, coordinate with clients and law enforcement, and help maintain a safe environment for patrons and employees.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years in security/event operations with supervisory experience. Flexible hours include nights and weekends for concerts and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or a minimum of five years of related security/event operations experience.
• Experience supervising security personnel and coordinating with clients, staff, law enforcement, and public safety agencies.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and written communication skills for incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Security Manager in planning and supervising security operations for events.
• Lead during concerts and live events, assign posts, respond to incidents, and adjust staffing as needed.
• Coordinate event security planning, client requirements, staffing, access control, and crowd management.
• Schedule building security and dispatch personnel to ensure proper staffing for events and daily operations.
• Respond to disturbances and coordinate with police, fire, EMS, and other agencies as necessary.
• Participate in emergency preparedness, weather events, evacuations, and incident response activities.
• Oversee Security Control Center operations, dispatch systems, and security technology.
