Job summary

ICCLOS is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator/Event Manager to supervise large-scale conventions and tradeshows at the Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium. You will act as primary facility contact, manage timelines, coordinate labor, and ensure client goals align with policies and operational standards.

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–3 years of event management experience are required; leadership and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in event management or related field; 1–3 years of experience coordinating large events.
• Experience organizing conventions/tradeshows or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for client relations and internal coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary facility contact from contract through final settlement.
• Develop relationships with clients to understand event goals.
• Create and maintain event documents, timelines, and service orders.
• Coordinate event move-in/out and labor for the Sound and Light department.
• Ensure execution aligns with facility policies, standards, and financial interests.
• Provide exceptional customer service while balancing expectations and capabilities.
