Allied Universal Event Services is seeking Event Security personnel to ensure guest safety and a positive experience at venues. Responsibilities include bag checks, access control, and enforcing venue policies with a focus on customer service.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass background checks and drug testing. The schedule is part-time with flexible hours, ideal for students or those seeking a dynamic, event-driven job.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.
• Background investigation and post-offer drug/alcohol test.
• Able to use independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Allow appropriate entry into each venue, verify wristbands/badges and direct traffic.
• Screen guests during entry via bag search or wand/metal detector and ID verification.
• Protect guests, staff, and assets by watching for security breaches at checkpoints.
• Respond quickly to crowd control issues and provide escorts for unruly guests when needed.
• Demonstrate understanding of policies and procedures of various venues and events.
• Provide a positive experience for guests as they arrive at entrances and concourses.
