This position involves bag checks, access control, and guest safety, with a strong focus on customer service. Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma, and pass background/drug screening. A security license is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local law.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test required.
• Ability to exercise good independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Control access, scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges.
• Screen guests with bag checks, wand, or metal detector.
• Protect guests, staff and assets at checkpoints.
• Respond to crowd-control issues and escort unruly guests when needed.
• Understand policies for various venues and events.
• Provide directions and helpful info to guests to enhance their experience.
