Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Direct traffic and verify entry through tickets, wristbands, or badges.
• Screen guests at entry using bag checks, wand or metal detector, and ID verification.
• Protect guests, staff, and venue assets by monitoring security breaches at checkpoints.
• Provide escorts for unruly guests and respond to crowd-control situations.
• Ensure compliance with venue policies and provide directions to enhance guest experience.
