Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug test required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day prep and execution.
• Control venue entry, verify tickets, wristbands and badges.
• Screen guests using bag checks, metal detector, or wand.
• Protect guests and assets by monitoring security checkpoints.
• Respond to crowd control issues and escort unruly guests when needed.
• Understand venue policies and procedures for various events.
• Provide directions and helpful assistance to guests.
