Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Allow appropriate entry into each venue, verify tickets and badges.
• Screen guests during entry using bag checks, wand, or metal detector.
• Protect guests and venue assets by monitoring for security breaches.
• Respond quickly to crowd control issues and escort unruly guests when needed.
• Follow venue policies and regulations.
• Provide a positive guest experience at entry points and concourses.
• Offer directions and suggestions to enhance entertainment experience.
