Job summary

Greenspun Media Group in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead the portfolio from concept through execution across print, digital, and live experiences. You will partner with sales, editorial, creative, and digital teams to design high-impact events aligned with brand goals.

This role requires 3–5 years of progressive event experience, strong collaboration, budget oversight, sponsorship development, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in event planning, production, marketing, or hospitality.
• Demonstrated success managing event milestones from ideation to post-event wrap-up.
• Experience with sponsorship opportunities, co-managing budgets, and external partner relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or event tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide GMG's event portfolio from vision through execution with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop sponsorship packages, pricing, and client proposals; build sponsor relationships.
• Coordinate staff and vendors, manage production schedules, and ensure compliance with permits and safety.
• Lead attendee engagement across email, advertising, social media, and on-site channels.
• Mentor Event Sales Coordinators and use data to guide post-event improvements.
