Our Hybrid Event Sales Representatives are more than just good salespeople—they’re talented experience-makers. They engage with calls and emails to secure bookings, manage pipelines, and support team success by taking on virtual office responsibilities. You will collaborate with our Operations Team to guarantee flawless execution of our guests' events. You’ll make the booking, planning, and partying process easy (and fun) so that your clients keep coming back.

Essential Duties
  • Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events.
  • Learn the features and benefits of our properties and event options, and relay them effectively to clients across multiple venues.
  • Understand the needs of various events from corporate functions to birthday parties and social gatherings.

Stay Organized

  • Maintain organization when working with multiple clients and venues.

Guide Your Guests

  • Assist clients in planning and coordinating their events until the day of the party.
  • Manage client relationships during and after events to encourage repeat business.

  • Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during busy seasons.

Be Camera Ready

  • Participate in virtual meetings and coaching sessions to foster team camaraderie from home.

The pay rate for this position is $26.44/hour plus a 2% commission.
