About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Technical Sales Representative to join our team in the semiconductor and life sciences industries. This is a commission-based position with no cap on earning potential. You will be the primary contact for all inbound inquiries and outbound business development efforts, playing a key role in driving growth and building long-term relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for all incoming phone calls and leads.
- Consistently identify, develop, and deliver highly qualified sales leads.
- Cultivate, develop, and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Quickly learn our product line and associated applications to effectively educate prospects on our solutions.
- Prepare system specifications and respond to Request for Quotes (RFQs).
- Conduct outbound prospecting, including targeted campaigns to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Design and deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain excellent follow-up practices and manage leads through CRM system.

- Energetic, motivated, and an outgoing self-starter.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professionally persuasive manner on the phone.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask with shifting priorities.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Assertive, persistent, and systematic in their approach to the sales process.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of a 2-year university degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in a selling role is highly desirable.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Ability to learn quickly and develop a strong understanding of our products and applications.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrates ongoing compliance with attendance, training, and expectations set by management.
