Are you the life of the party? Do you know how to make events more amazing? If so, you might be the perfect fit. Our Hybrid Event Sales Representatives are more than salespeople—they’re experience-makers. They engage with calls and emails to secure bookings, manage pipelines, and support team success by handling virtual office responsibilities. You will work with our Operations Team to ensure flawless execution of events, making the process easy and fun for clients so they keep coming back.

Essential Duties

DEVELOP YOUR IQ & BOOK IT

  • Respond to event inquiries and convert them into booked events.
  • Learn the features and benefits of our properties and options, and communicate them effectively to clients across multiple venues.
  • Understand the needs of various event types—corporate, birthday, social, etc.

HIT THOSE NUMBERS

  • Meet or exceed your sales KPIs.

STAY ON POINT

  • Organize your client contacts and venue details efficiently.

GUIDE THE GUEST

  • Assist clients in planning and coordinating their events until the day of the party.
  • Maintain relationships during and after events to encourage repeat business.

FLEXIBILITY IS KEY

  • Work evenings, weekends, and holidays during busy seasons.

BE CAMERA READY

  • Participate in virtual meetings and coaching sessions to foster team camaraderie from home.

Minimum Requirements
