Job summary

FB Society is seeking an Event Sales Coordinator to support the Event Sales Manager in planning and executing private dining and large party events. You will handle initial sales leads, manage booking documents, and close event sales while coordinating with the team for weekly meetings.

You will develop relationships through onsite and offsite events, respond to inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills in high-volume environments.
• Ability to anticipate problems and create contingency plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Close and process event bookings and follow up on missing documents.
• Manage and organize booking documents and floor charts for events.
• Coordinate with Event Sales Manager and assist in site tours for large parties.
• Use TripleSeat/OpenTable for event bookings and continuity.
• Gather BEO and menus for weekly operations meetings.
• Respond to leads via TS and phone inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships through offsite events when Manager is unavailable.
• Support growth into management and leadership roles.
