Job summary

Encore is seeking a Sales Coordinator to assist the Event Technology team by selling equipment and services for events, with a focus on those under $5K in revenue. You will complete sales orders, provide administration support, and ensure CRM accuracy while following up with customers across multiple channels.

The role reports to the Regional Sales Director, Customer Support, and requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and experience in sales or events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma; BS/BA is preferred or 1+ years of sales/event experience.
• Prior technology, sales, hospitality, or event planning experience a plus.
• Technical aptitude and proficiency with computer software and programs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills needed to effectively solicit and close business via phone/email.

Responsibilities

• Sell equipment and services for events of all sizes with focus on under $5K revenue.
• Complete sales orders and provide sales administration support including order entry and follow-up.
• Direct leads to EventNow and manage CRM accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Coordinate with venue leadership teams and assist with customer requests via phone, chat, or email.
• Support the Events Technology team and report to the Regional Sales Director, Customer Support.
