The Willows Event Center is seeking an enthusiastic client relations role to guide guests from inquiry to event day. You will build relationships, drive bookings, and deliver exceptional hospitality through clear, proactive communication.

You will manage tours, contracts, payments, and vendor coordination, becoming the primary venue contact and ensuring a seamless event experience for clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Event experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads by providing exceptional client service.
• Conduct venue tours and respond to inquiries to achieve bookings.
• Prepare contracts, process payments, and maintain CRM records.
• Guide clients through planning meetings and coordinate with vendors.
• Promote The Willows through social media, networking, and partner relationships.
