Job summary

Willow Springs Raceway is seeking a Client Services Manager to support client lifecycles from contract execution to event completion and follow-up. You will work with Sales, Events, and Operations to translate client expectations into a flawless event experience.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced motorsports environment at Willow Springs Raceway in Rosamond, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in account management, client services, hospitality, sports, entertainment, or event coordination preferred.
• Exceptional relationship management and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and manage accounts.
• Coordinate planning with Sales, Events, and Operations for client events.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and follow up on action items.
• Ensure contractual obligations and event elements are understood and fulfilled.
• Provide on-site client support during events as needed.
