Job summary

AssetMark is seeking a Program Lead to manage our portfolio of series and major events, with a focus on trade show execution, timelines, cross-functional coordination, and ROI analysis.

You will oversee sponsorship outreach for AssetMark-hosted events such as Gold Forum, Platinum Summit, and Women’s Advisor Forum, partnering with sales and marketing to drive advisor engagement and business development.

Qualifications

• BA degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in event management, sponsorship marketing, or trade show planning.
• Strong understanding of trade show logistics and sponsorship management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for AssetMark’s presence at sponsored third-party events, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
• Manage end-to-end trade show participation, including booth design, exhibitor logistics, sponsorship activations, and attendee engagement.
• Optimize exhibit spaces for maximum brand visibility and lead generation.
• Coordinate venue contracts, shipping, setup, teardown, and vendor management.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership to drive advisor engagement and business development at events.
• Analyze event performance, collect stakeholder feedback, and provide post-event reports to measure success and optimize future participation.
