Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an Event Marketing Specialist to bring our US event portfolio to life through exceptional execution and cross-functional collaboration. You will support end-to-end strategy and delivery of major conferences, hosted summits, and partner activations, working closely with the Tradeshow team and Marketing organization.

The role emphasizes hands-on event management, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination to create memorable, results-driven experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 2+ years of event marketing experience.
• Experience with vendor management and internal processes.
• Analytical mindset with KPI development and reporting.
• Excellent communication across all levels, team player who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of events and experiences from concept to creation.
• Manage timelines, project plans, budgets, and deliverables across programs.
• Coordinate with multiple teams on high visibility, time-sensitive deliverables.
• Present post-event reports highlighting KPI data and improvement opportunities.
