Constellation Culinary Group in Miami, FL seeks an experienced Event Producer to collaborate with the Catering Director, Sales Managers, and General Manager to execute private events. You will manage pre-event planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, on-site management, and post-event analysis to exceed client and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in event planning, sales or event management.
• Ability to manage events from conception to execution, multitask and manage multiple events concurrently.
• Professional and effective client communication with all levels of event stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics from operations to breakdown, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Lead pre-event briefings and oversee execution to meet company standards.
• Develop supervisor packets and event paperwork for on-site staff.
• Liaise with third-party vendors for rentals or services.
• Own the event and after-sales handoff through BEO development.
• Serve as primary client, venue, and vendor point of contact during setup and breakdown.
