Job summary

Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, FL, is seeking an experienced Event Planning Executive/Manager to lead planning within the hotel's Convention Center. You will shape concepts, budgets, and timelines while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Candidates should have 3+ years in hotel event planning, strong organizational and leadership skills, and English fluency; German is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an Event Planning Executive or Event Planning Manager in a hotel.
• Experience managing full event planning lifecycle from concept development and budgeting to execution and post-event evaluation.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Creativity to develop innovative event concepts.
• German language proficiency is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Planning, organizing, and executing events within a hotel's Convention Center.

• Experience managing the full event planning lifecycle, from concept development and budgeting to execution and post-event evaluation.

• Creativity and the ability to develop and implement innovative event concepts.
• German language proficiency is highly preferred.
