Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an Event Planning Executive or Event Planning Manager in a hotel.
• Experience managing full event planning lifecycle from concept development and budgeting to execution and post-event evaluation.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Creativity to develop innovative event concepts.
• German language proficiency is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Planning, organizing, and executing events within a hotel's Convention Center.

• Planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events within the hotel's Convention Center.
• Developing tailored event concepts, including budgets and project timelines.
