Job summary

Boise State University is seeking an experienced manager to administer, support, and oversee the campus Transportation Operations and Event Parking program, including off-site facilities. The role requires on-site presence and safety-minded leadership within the Department of Public Safety.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience or equivalent.
Valid Driver's License.
On-site work requirement.

Responsibilities

Oversee the Event Parking program and operations on campus and off-site locations.
Hire, supervise, and develop staff (up to 3 full-time and 80-90 student employees).
Coordinate event parking operations with contracted police services and campus security.
Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and budgets; suggest improvements.
Design and deliver staff training and asset-protection programs.
Lead development of new programs, policies, and assignments for event parking.
Build relationships with university departments, students, employees, visitors and the community.
