Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight for campus events and parking support activities and is responsible for the strategic planning, management, execution, and continuous improvement activities associated with event parking operations.
• Works all assigned events, providing onsite leadership during these events to ensure operational success, provide customer support, and address inquiries or concerns from guests.
• Accountable for achieving established performance measures related to event execution, customer satisfaction, revenue generation, meeting designated budget, staffing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and service quality.
• Plans, coordinates and schedules reservation requests for lot/space closures, meter reservations, guest accommodations, permit requests, and parking support accommodations.
