Job summary

Ohio University is seeking an Events Manager to oversee campus event parking operations, logistics, and parking support activities for athletic events and major university functions. The role includes planning, coordinating, and coordinating with Athletics to meet event needs, while driving service excellence across TPS operations.

Responsibilities include leading event teams, managing budgets and KPI reporting, and ensuring compliance with university policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 3+ years of professional experience and 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage multiple service priorities and communicate effectively under pressure.
• CDL may be required for some positions; valid driver’s license a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite leadership at events to ensure operational success and guest satisfaction.
• Plan and coordinate lot/space closures, meter reservations, and parking support for events.
• Develop partnerships with Athletics and external organizations to align parking operations with event needs.
