Job summary

Boise State University Athletics is seeking a Box Office Manager to supervise box office operations, manage events across department facilities, and ensure accurate daily ticket sales and campaigns. This role requires leadership of the box office team and collaboration with promoters, using Ticketmaster platforms.

The role is on-site and not eligible for visa sponsorship; salary ranges from $60,674 to $65,000 annually with comprehensive benefits and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Ticketmaster platforms and related tools.
• Experience at venues, athletic arenas or stadiums.
• Ability to work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee box office operations and multi-venue ticketing from start to finish.
• Build events, monitor inventory, manage seat holds/releases, pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling controls and system procedures.
• Develop vendor and stakeholder relationships with bookers and promoters.
• Reconcile sales reports and support ticketing audits.
• Supervise and train box office staff.
• Perform other duties as needed.
