Job summary

Legends is seeking an Event Merchandise Supervisor for Special Events in Indianapolis. You will oversee event staff, ensure guest experience, and manage day-to-day operations across warehouse, front-of-house, and client relations.

Responsibilities include training teams, coordinating schedules, maintaining cash logs and ticketing records, and liaising with Sales, Marketing, HR, and partners. Flexible hours and a focus on safety and exceptional guest service are required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum three years of relevant industry experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS ticketing systems; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays; stand and move for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise event staff and coordinate special projects as needed.
• Train team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and address guest concerns.
• Prepare daily line schedules and maintain cash logs and ticketing records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, HR; assist setup and breakdown of events.
• Flexibly work in warehouse, front-of-house, or client relations roles.
