Job summary

The Bright Experience is seeking an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day execution of warehouse operations, delivery scheduling, field supervision, and client satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader who builds a reliable team delivering flawless events, event after event.

You will manage routes, labor, and inventory while maintaining safety standards and high service quality across the team and locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on operations management in events, rentals, logistics or hospitality.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and logistics software is a plus.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery and pickup scheduling; optimize routes and dispatch crews for efficiency.
• Ensure on-time setup and breakdown of rental equipment at events.
• Manage fleet maintenance schedules and compliance.
