Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an event professional to manage multiple events at the Albuquerque Convention Center. The role requires coordinating with clients, vendors, and ACC staff to deliver successful banquets, conventions, and trade shows.

You will lead staffing, review contracts, and ensure compliance with policies, safety and fire codes while maintaining excellent client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2–3 years event management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage events at the Albuquerque Convention Center.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure event success.
• Develop staffing assignments and supervise event staff.
• Explain contracts, policies, and procedures to clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and fire code standards.
• Prepare post-event notes and billing documentation.
