Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in event management, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and the ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, and weekends. CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sporting events and Arizona Cardinals home games as needed.
• Oversee the Event Operations Center and incident reporting.
• Manage 24/7 technology platforms and staff scheduling.
• Liaise with clients, facility staff, and vendors to plan event needs.
• Prepare event drawings, layouts, and floor plans for staff.
