Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an experienced Operations professional to oversee on-site venue operations in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on coordinating event setup, staffing, housekeeping, and changeovers while ensuring safety and quality service.

You will lead full- and part-time staff, implement procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences during live events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; four-year college or university.
• Three years related experience in public assembly/operations.
• Experience supervising staff, scheduling, and training personnel.
• Leadership ability and experience in coordinating multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees across event setup, staffing, housekeeping, and changeovers.
• Direct and schedule operations to ensure facility readiness and smooth events.
• Develop and implement operating procedures aligned with client goals and safety policies.
• Supervise staff, conduct hiring and training, and address performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and OSHA regulations.
