Qualifications

  • Experience in live events, hospitality, sports, or experiential marketing.
  • Highly organized, comfortable in controlled chaos.
  • Strong vendor management and procurement skills.
  • Understand event budgets and basic P&L.
  • Lead event staff and vendors with confidence.
  • Comfortable negotiating and making decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Take ownership, not waiting for instructions.
  • Able to travel during peak seasons.
  • Open to early mornings, late nights, weekends.
