When you’re assigned an event, you’re responsible for helping take it from planning to execution.

Someone who can manage vendors, lead a crew, watch a budget, communicate with partners, and still be the calmest person in the room when something changes two hours before doors open.

You’ll work directly with XPH leadership while helping build the operational systems that allow us to execute more events, in more markets, at a higher level.
