Experience in events, hospitality supervision, venue operations, or team leadership is preferred. A focus on organization, clear communication, sound judgment, and proficiency with schedules and spreadsheets is expected.

Responsibilities

• Build operational schedules, checklists, and staffing plans.

• Brief colleagues on responsibilities, timings, and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate setup and check readiness before attendees arrive.
• Monitor event activity and resolve logistical issues within agreed authority.
• Track resources and approved expenses.
• Oversee pack-down and review feedback to improve future delivery.
