Hyatt Regency New Orleans is seeking a highly organized Exhibitor & Vendor Logistics Coordinator to lead on-site vendor logistics for conventions and large-scale events. You will manage load-in/load-out, coordinate vendors, dock operations, and ensure safety, efficiency, and schedules.

Join a fast-paced team, collaborate with Event Services, Engineering, and Security, and drive seamless event execution while upholding Hyatt standards and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, events, logistics, or operations.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence to lead and enforce standards with vendors.
• Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends as needed).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor arrivals, deliveries, and freight movement.

About the Role

This position is the on‑site leader for vendor logistics, managing all load‑in and load‑out activity for conventions and events. You’ll coordinate vendors, control dock operations, and ensure everything runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
