Qualifications

• 2–4 years AV systems and technical work experience.
• 2 years of event planning experience.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Set up and reset rooms based on event layouts.
• Manage tables, chairs, and storage organization.
• Operate basic sound and lighting systems.
• Coordinate vendor logistics and event flow.
• Maintain clean and organized event spaces.
• Identify and report maintenance issues.
• Coordinate dual-facility scheduling with Pioneer Center to avoid conflicts.
