This on-site role combines office duties with hands-on event support, requires evening and weekend availability, and occasional travel to partner venues, ensuring clean, organized spaces and smooth event flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years AV systems and technical work.
• 2 years event planning experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings & weekends.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Set up and reset rooms based on event layouts.
• Manage tables, chairs, and storage.
• Operate basic sound and lighting systems.
• Coordinate vendor logistics and event flow.
• Maintain clean and organized event spaces.
• Identify and report maintenance issues.
• Coordinate dual-facility scheduling with Pioneer Center to avoid conflicts.
