Seabreeze Management Company is seeking an onsite Events & Operations Assistant to provide administrative support and oversee all physical operations for events. Responsibilities include room setup, AV systems operation, vendor coordination, and ensuring spaces are ready for guests.
Requirements: 2–4 years AV/technical experience and 2 years of event planning; strong communication and discretion with confidential information; able to work evenings and weekends; CPR & First Aid certification.

This position provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services. Oversees all physical operations including setup, breakdown, cleaning, AV systems, and building readiness.

Regular business hours, weeknights & weekend (based on events)
Combination of office and event-based environments, including indoor event spaces, storage areas, and occasional outdoor conditions. Travel will be required from day trips to the occasional overnight trips for events. Transportation will vary.
