You will manage vendor relationships, develop production schedules, oversee on-site setup and breakdown, and collaborate with marketing for event promotion.

This role requires a reliable vehicle, the ability to lift 25 pounds, and a willingness to work weekends or flexible hours.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience preferred in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Client brand ambassador at events to increase awareness.
• Interact with customers on-site, promoting program benefits.
• Assist with event setup, dismantling, and material transport.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support outreach goals.
• Work on an as-needed basis with weekend and occasional weekday events.
• Maintain flexible scheduling; travel across Central and Southern California.
