Job summary

CDS - Club Demonstration Services is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, train and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators for Costco-visible promotions. You will oversee product prep, training, and customer service, coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, including grand openings.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to manage fast-paced, multi-location events with a set Tue-Sat schedule and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• 3–5 years in client-side branded consumer-packaged goods or related experience.
• NEHA Food Handler Certification required; strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities in events, promotions, and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service, and operations excellence.
• Support governance framework policies and procedures.
• Work with District Manager to evaluate event metrics and costs.
• Aim to meet revenue, net income objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
