Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full Time Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product prep, training and presentation, ensuring superb service to Costco members and coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators for new location openings.

The role includes a set Tue-Sat schedule, full benefits, and opportunities for career growth in a leading in-house event marketing provider to Costco.

Qualifications

• Associate's or higher preferred; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a client-side, branded CPG environment or mix of supplier/client-side.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities for successful events, promotions and vendor product sales.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support governance framework, policies and procedures development.
• Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust as needed.
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives through sales activation and expense management.
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through better operations.
